Class Experience
In this afternoon class, young artists ages 6-12 will take part in projects that inspire exploration, experimentation, creative expression, and meaningful play. Each project will focus on a different theme, and kids will investigate these themes while engaging with different art, design, and craft processes and materials such as (but not limited to) hand-building with clay, printmaking, collage, and fibers.
Alongside making ceramic and art projects, kids will experience what it’s like creating in a collective arts center and will learn how to incorporate a variety of skills into the creative process such as learning how to start and keep an art journal.
